You can get a medical examination without a letter of referral.
If you have a history of going to another hospital, it is helpful to receive a letter of introduction when formulating a medical treatment policy.
The first visit may take some time, so please call 03-3234-6060 in advance to make a reservation. The reception staff will determine and guide you when you can talk slowly with the director, such as the primary outpatient department and the first visit outpatient department.

初診の流れ

受付
受付で問診票への必要事項のご記入して頂きます。

診察・採血・検査
医師の診察の上、必要に応じて検査を行います。

結果説明
当日分かる範囲で医師からの結果説明、必要に応じてお薬の処方をいたします。
04
お会計
お薬は、基本院外処方箋となります。薬局にて別途薬剤料が発生いたします。
診療費について
当院では、日本の診療報酬制度（1点10円）に基づき、
健康保険証をお持ちでない外国人の方の診療は自由診療（自費）扱いとなります。
また、通訳を必要とされる患者様には、受付・診察・検査の各段階で、
より丁寧に時間をかけて対応させていただいております。
そのため、診療費は日本の診療報酬点数に基づき、**通常の250％（1点20円換算）**でのご請求となります。
初診時の診察費用
注射製剤などの処方がない一般的なケースでは、保険診療点数はおおよそ3,000点前後となります。
この場合、自由診療としてのご負担額は、**約75,000円（3,000点 × 20円）**前後となります。

採血・検査
検査がある方は、カルテをお渡しします。採血（採尿）等の検査を行います。

診察
医師の診察、必要に応じてお薬の処方をいたします。

お会計
薬のある方は、処方箋を発行いたします。（薬局へ、お持ちください。）
